How To Increase Height Through Nurition- Height is determined genetically. It is a fact that height depends on certain external factors and most importantly nutrition is one of them. Poor indicates lack of proper nutrition.
A Balanced diet is essential for increasing the growth hormone in the body. Diet should include the proper amount of calcium, minerals, vitamins, and proteins.

Height is regulated by a Hormone called HGH (Human Growth Hormone) it is secreted by the pituitary gland, which increases the height of the body. That’s why it is recommended to take food which helps HGH function.


1) Proteins :
Proteins are the building blocks of our body and thus can help increase height by building various tissues.
They contain amino acids which are designed for growth hormone and are important for maintaining healthy bones, muscles, tissues, organs, skin, and teeth.

2) Minerals:
Minerals. Minerals are those elements on the earth and in foods that our bodies need to develop and function normally. Those essential for health include calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, chloride, magnesium, iron, zinc, iodine, chromium, copper, fluoride, molybdenum, manganese, and selenium.
Calcium helps in increasing height and is the vital mineral to increase bone density

Vitamins include A, C, D, E, K, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B6, B12, folic acid, biotin, and pantothenic acid. Vitamins are distinguished from minerals, such as calcium, iron, and magnesium, which are also essential for optimum health.
For the development of strong and healthy bones, vitamin D is required.
Most of the Fruits and vegetable contain vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, *vitamin C which is required for normal growth in the body

3) Drugs
4) Junk food
5) High sugary food
6) Heavy barbell or dumble shoulder presses
7) Heavy barbell squats
